3 Day 02/05/2022 (dinner)

(Night flight to the city of Jayapura on the island of Papua New Guinea)

Arrival in Jayapura, flight to Wamena. Upon arrival in Wamena – visit Napua and the village of Sinatma, transfer to the city for lunch (personal expenses), transfer to Vesaput to see the suspension bridge and visit the local market, accommodation, transfer and settling in hotel. Free time.


4 Day 03/05/2022 (BREAKFAST, LUNCH BOX, DINNER)

Breakfast in the hotel

Departure to the traditional village of Dani tribe OR Obiya, near Jivika.
Here we will have a pig festival (traditional way of cooking) and a battle dance.

(extra option – After that we will visit the villages of Anemugi, Sumpaima, see a mummy, which is 250 years old, in one of the oldest houses in the area, visit the natural caves of Wosilimo.)

Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

5 Day 04/05/2022 (BREAKFAST, LUNCH BOX, DINNER)

Hike to the top of a nearby mountain range, overlooking the Baliem Valley
Visit small villages of the Papuans on our way
Back to the hotel for dinner, free time.

(An option – Trekking for Sekan year through Dani settlements, their agricultural lands, then we will go to Puroba village, lunch will be on the way. Return to the hotel and dinner.)


6 Day 05/05/2022 (BREAKFAST)

Early flight to Jayapura city and transfer to airport
