Detailed Itinerary

Day 0: Arrival in Timika

• Activity: Arrival in Sorong/Timika. Transfer to hotel for check-in.
• Note: Meals and hotel in Timika are self-service (excluded).

Day 1: October 7, 2026 | Timika to Ewer & Agats

• Activity: Flight from Timika to Ewer Airport (Asmat). Upon arrival, our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Head straight out to experience the opening day of the Asmat Cultural Festival.
• Overnight: Agats.

Day 2: October 8, 2026 | Full Day Asmat Festival

• Activity: Spend the entire day witnessing traditional art exhibitions, unique indigenous dances, and community rituals at the festival grounds.
• Overnight: Agats.

Day 3: October 9, 2026 | Full Day Asmat Festival

• Activity: Continue your deep dive into Asmat culture with ongoing performances, carving displays, and interactions with local tribal elders and artists.
• Overnight: Agats.

Day 4: October 10, 2026 | Grand Finale of the Festival

• Activity: Join the locals for the final grand celebrations, cultural competitions, and closing ceremonies of the festival.
• Overnight: Agats.

Day 4: Day 5: October 11, 2026 | Agats to Ewer & Timika Departure10, 2026 | Grand Finale of the Festival

• Activity: Check out from your hotel. Take a speed boat to Ewer Airport for your return flight to Timika. Proceed to your hotel.
